Architectural visualization process
The complete route
Send the model or drawings you have, the target date and where the images will be used. We identify missing information before pricing the work.
Every view gets a job. We confirm what each image must show, the references that matter and what is included in the fixed fee.
You receive color images with camera, materials, light and atmosphere working together. Feedback is based on the real direction, not clay previews.
Comments are consolidated, agreed changes are made and final files are supplied for the presentation, website, listing, print or campaign.
What to send
The latest design state, even when parts are unresolved.
Specifications, sample photographs or a clear design reference.
Survey, photographs, view directions and surrounding context where relevant.
Who will see the images, where they will appear and when they are needed.
Questions answered
A SketchUp, Revit, Archicad, Rhino or other working model is ideal. Plans, elevations, material references and site photographs can fill the gaps. The model does not need to be perfect.
Once the scope, number of views and available files are clear, you receive a fixed fee. There are no hourly surprises inside the agreed work.
One consolidated list from the project team works best. Marked-up images and specific design decisions are faster to resolve than separate email threads.
Yes, but changing a camera after detailed materials and styling are built can affect timing and fee. Camera direction is therefore agreed early.
A revision round is one consolidated set of changes to the agreed view. New design directions or additional cameras are scoped separately so the original deadline remains clear.
High-resolution images plus web-ready versions where needed. Animation, panoramic or layered outputs are listed separately when they are part of the brief.
