Who is responsible
Lifelike Visuals is the data controller for this website and project enquiry process. The studio is based in Istanbul, Türkiye and works with clients worldwide.

What we collect
When you send a project brief, we receive the contact, company, project, timing and file-readiness information you choose to provide. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or sensitive personal data through this website.
If you accept analytics, we record the page path, broad device category, browser language and referring website hostname. We do not store your IP address, a cross-site identifier or advertising profile in the analytics table.
Why we use it
Project enquiry data is used to review the opportunity, ask relevant follow-up questions, prepare scope and pricing, and communicate about the requested work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract where one follows, and the studio’s legitimate interest in answering genuine business enquiries.
Consent-based analytics is used only to understand which pages help visitors evaluate the studio. Rejecting analytics does not change access to the site.
Services and international transfers
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Project briefs are submitted to the studio’s existing Netlify Forms account. These providers may process data in countries outside your own under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks.
Retention
Project enquiries are kept only while they remain useful for the conversation, proposal, project records or applicable legal obligations. Enquiries that do not become projects are reviewed for deletion after 24 months.
Anonymous first-party analytics events are automatically removed after approximately 13 months. Your cookie preference remains in your browser until you clear it or change the choice from the footer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Under Türkiye’s KVKK and the EU/EEA GDPR, additional statutory conditions may apply to each right.
Send a clear request to hello@lifelikevisuals.com. Identity may need to be confirmed before disclosing or changing personal data. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
Cookie choices
The site uses strictly necessary browser storage to remember whether analytics was accepted or rejected. Analytics is off by default and starts only after an active acceptance. No advertising or behavioural marketing cookies are used.
You can reopen the choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
